This heavy duty set features an 18/10 Stainless Steel body. Each piece is fitted with an encapsulated core, consisting of a layer of pure copper surrounded by aluminum. This copper core ensures even heating throughout the unit, preventing hot spots. The fry pans are coated with professional grade Eclipse Non-stick surfaces. This will ensure quick clean up. The stay cool handles are riveted to the body with non-corrosive rivets. The lids are tight fitting stainless steel. Note: the handles on the lids are not stay cool, use a potholder when lifting. Our commercial cookware is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. It is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. A stay-cool handle is then spot welded to every piece for ease of handling. This covered saute pan is the most multi-functional size in the kitchen. Use it to cook meats, fish, poultry or vegetables. Its higher sides keep oil from splattering onto the cook top. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. To prevent scratches, use a silicone spatula when scraping the sides of the pan. The 5-Quart, Stay -Cool Handle, Stainless Steel Covered Saute and lid are both finished with a high polished surface, and are both dishwasher safe. |
